In STRENGTH muscle conditioning classes, we dive deep into the world of strength training, focusing on both large and small muscle groups. We offer effective and diverse workouts that keep the energy high!

In the classes, we utilize dynamic techniques such as tabata, PHA, and functional field training, always prioritizing technique. We can train to the clock or to music, making each session unique and fun.

We use familiar gym movements that make the workout exciting for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

We start with an energetic warm-up, move on to an intense training segment, and finally wind down with relaxing cooldown stretches. The equipment includes weight plates, free weights, a pump bar, exercise mats, and kettlebells—everything you need for an effective and enjoyable workout!

Cardio & Bike traning

In Cardio & Bike classes, we aim to elevate your heart rate from the basic endurance zone to the maximum endurance zone, effectively enhancing your fitness! These sessions especially strengthen your heart muscle, which is the main energy center of your body.

In the classes, we enjoy rhythmic music and train both to the clock and at our own pace. We use a variety of equipment, such as spinning bikes, step platforms, and weights, to ensure that each workout is varied and exciting.

The class is designed for fun exercise suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels who want to improve their fitness.

Dance training

In dance classes, you get to dive into the world of international rhythms and enjoy the joy of movement! The session develops coordination, memory, expression skills, and cardiovascular fitness, all while providing fun and energetic activities.

The classes are easy, fast-paced, and designed for dancers of all ages. Some sessions focus on dance technique, helping you learn the movements correctly and safely. We particularly utilize the techniques of ballet and competitive dance, but also many other different dance styles.

Mental traning

In Mental Training classes, we focus on your body's recovery and endurance, creating a peaceful space for your mental well-being. The sessions incorporate various relaxation and mental strengthening elements that help you achieve balance.

We also offer diverse stretching and core exercises, such as Pilates and yoga, which enhance your training experience.

All you need is a yoga mat and any preferred body care tools, like yoga blocks, rollers, and resistance bands, to enjoy a relaxing and refreshing session.
