STRENGHT-traning
In STRENGTH muscle fitness classes, we dive deep into the world of muscle fitness, focusing on both large and small muscle groups. We offer effective and versatile training that keeps your energy high!
In the classes, we use dynamic tabata, PHA and functional field training techniques, always technology ahead. We can train to the rhythm of the clock or music, which makes each session unique and fun.
We use movements familiar from the gym, which make training exciting for exercisers of all ages and abilities.
We start with an energetic warm-up, move on to an intense training part and finally calm down with a relaxing cool-down stretch. The equipment includes e.g. plate weights, free weights, pump bar, gym mat and kettlebells - everything you need for an effective and fun workout!

Cardio & Bike traning
With the Cardio & Bike classes, we aim to increase the heart rate from the basic endurance zone to the maximum endurance zone, so that you improve your fitness effectively! These classes especially strengthen your heart muscle, which is the main energy center of your body.
In the classes, you enjoy rhythmic music and train according to both the clock and your own rhythm. We use a variety of different equipment, such as spinning wheels, step boards and weights, so that every workout is varied and exciting.
The class is designed for fun exercise for exercisers of all ages and abilities who want to improve their fitness.

!Dance training
With dance classes, you can dive into the world of international rhythms and enjoy the joy of exercise! The class develops coordination, memory, expression skills and cardiovascular fitness, while offering fun and energetic activities.
The classes are easy, fast-paced and designed for dancers of all ages. Some of the classes focus on dance technique, which helps you learn the movements correctly and safely. We especially use the techniques of ballet and competition dance, but also many other different dance styles.

Mental traning
In Mental Training classes, we focus on your body's recovery and endurance, creating a calm space for your mental well-being. In the classes, we use different elements that support relaxation and mental strengthening, which help you achieve balance.
During the classes, we also offer versatile stretching and core body exercises, such as pilates and yoga, which complement your training experience.
All you need is a gym mat and your favorite body care equipment, such as yoga blocks, rollers and rubber bands, so that you can enjoy a relaxing and refreshing class.
